(Miami-Dade County, FL) --  Miami-Dade County's Department of Procurement Management (DPM) was awarded the prestigious 15th Annual Achievement of Excellence in Procurement Award from the National Purchasing Institute (NPI).  This is the eighth year that DPM has been honored by NPI, a leadership alliance of the most important professional purchasing organizations in the country.  The award recognizes innovation, professionalism, productivity, and leadership in the field of procurement.
