Dog traps are delivered free of charge by the Animal Services Department (ASD) when an animal control officer is unable to capture a stray dog. Residents who need a trapped dog to be picked up can call 3-1-1.
Cat traps can be rented from the Pet Adoption and Protection Center and must be picked up and set up by the resident. However, Animal Services does not pick up cats in traps. Residents must take the trapped cat to the Animal Services Pet Adoption and Protection Center for the Trap-Neuter-Return Program.
A $50.00 refundable deposit is required that must be paid in cash, credit card or check. The $50 refundable deposit will be held for 10 days. Customers who do not return the cat traps within 10 days forfeit the deposit.Back to Top Page Last Edited: Wed Jan 4, 2017 12:35:48 PM
