This Center provides social, educational and recreational activities to the Haitian American elderly in the designated geographical area of Little Haiti.  A morning snack and a hot nutritional lunch are also provided daily.

The Focal Point Center is designed to serve both independent and homebound seniors.  Programs include recreational activities, information and referral, hot lunches, educational programs, legal services, volunteer opportunities, caregiver assistance, and Emergency Home Energy Assistance for the Elderly Program (EHEAEP).

Senior Centers are operated at Martin Fine Villas, Jack Orr Plaza, and Harry Cain Towers.  In these centers participants receive: meals; assistance with their social needs, to include homemaking and personal care; health support; and are engaged in educational, cultural, and leisure time activities.  These centers service residents that are living in HUD facilities.
