| REPORT: | County Attorney Robert Cuevas noted that Commissioners Heyman and Rolle asked to be listed as cosponsors of this resolution. Following further discussion, Chairman Moss asked that all commissioners be listed as cosponsors. Assistant County Attorney Jess McCarty noted the foregoing resolution contained a scrivener’s error, which should be corrected to remove the words “during this time” from the second “Whereas” clause. Hearing no further discussion, it was moved by Commissioner Seijas that the foregoing proposed resolution be adopted as amended to remove the words “during this time” from the second “Whereas” clause. This motion was seconded by Commissioner Sosa, and upon being put to a vote, passed 12-0. (Commissioner Heyman was absent.) The amended version was assigned Resolution No. R-665-10. | ||||||
