Bid Package

In accordance with Section 2-11.1 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, questions regarding this Bid may only be answered if submitted in writing to the Clerk of the Board, Suite 17-202,Miami, Florida 33128 or by E-mail (cgomez@miamidade.gov ), until such time as this bid is awarded.
Inorder to provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions verbally, a pre-bid conference has been scheduled. 

When : Friday, March 16th, 2011 from 2:00-3:00 p.m.
Where : at the Stephen P. Clark Center, 111 NW 1 Street, Suite 2460, Miami, FL.

Bid packages may also be picked up on the 24th floor of the Stephen P. Clark Center, 111 NW First Street, Miami, from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding County holidays. Each bid shall be accepted only if submitted in accordance with the instructions and conditions contained within the bid package.
Miami-Dade County reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid and to reject any or all bids without cause.
