Trade Shop
The Trades Shop Facility became Miami-Dade County’s first LEED Silver Certified facility and is the “greenest” building in Miami-Dade County.
Children’s Court House
The 11 story building is expected to meet LEED Silver Certification under the USGBC’s LEED rating. The new Courthouse’s design has been celebrated for its sensitivity to the special caseload that it will handle. It will be a facility designed and constructed of sustainable materials serving children and families in a unified family court concept.
NE Library
North East Library in Aventura will be the first LEED Silver Certified Library in Miami-Dade County. It is a 26,000-square-foot building will include eco-friendly construction and sustainable materials to create the county’s first “green” public library.
Arcola Facility
Design is complete and after a groundbreaking in March 2011, construction on the first Leed certified Headstart facility will begin.
Internal Services supports the county's departmental operations. From managing buildings to administering group benefits, and everything in between, Internal Services is the source!
We also provide services to the public -including coordinating the purchase and sale of real estate for Miami-Dade County, the disposal of surplus property, and the management of several parking facilities in Downtown Miami.

We are pleased to announce that we are releasing for public use, a public access link to real time information from our live data base, about elevator inspections and other pertinent information about elevators used by the public. Fleet Services
Fleet Management provides maintenance / repairs and fuel to approximately 9,000 pieces of diverse mobile equipment including police cars, sanitation vehicles, buses, and construction equipment belonging to over 40 County departments.
