Pursuant to Administrative Order 8-1 Internal Services is responsible for purchasing property for county facilities.
This includes future park sites, fire stations, police stations, libraries, solid waste facilities, etc.  If you are the owner or legal representative of a piece of property that you think the County might be interested in purchasing, you can email Internal Services' Real Estate Staff or send letter to:

NOTE: Miami-Dade County cannot pay commissions or finders fees. Any realtor offering property for consideration must be an owner's agent and look solely to the owner for compensation.
