HFA announces one million dollar McKinney Act Program for Developers
A one-time subsidy is now available to assist developers to provide decent, safe and sanitary housing to very-low-income households.
Nonprofit and for-profit entities who have applied for financing using the Housing Finance Authority Multi-Family Housing Revenue Bond Program for the acquisition, construction, rehabilitation or financing of land, housing and related subordinate facilities are eligible to apply.
The deadline to submit applications is no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 30, 2012.
