Admission and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP)
The ACOP is a supporting document to Miami-Dade Public Housing and Community Development's Public Housing Agency Plan. The purpose of the ACOP is to establish written policies in accordance with United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (USHUD) regulations and in regards to matters not covered under the USHUD regulations. It contains PHCD's internal policies for the Public Housing Division and Applicant Leasing Center.

Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan
In accordance with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations, Miami-Dade County, through the Miami-Dade Public Housing and Community Development (PHCD) hereby makes available its Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan.
Proposed 2012-2013 PHA Plan
The proposed PHA Plan for fiscal year starting October 1, 2012 and ending September 30, 2013 will be presented to the Board of County Commissioners for approval on June 5, 2012.

The Miami-Dade Office of the Inspector General also investigates allegations of housing fraud and has established a satellite office located at 1401 NW 7th Street, Miami, Florida 33125. The Inspector General accepts calls from staff and the general public. Calls are confidential and all information received is handled by the Inspector General.

Section 8 Administrative Plan
The Section 8 Administrative Plan is a supporting document to Miami-Dade Public Housing and Community Development's PHA Plan. The purpose of the Section 8 Administrative Plan is to establish written policies in accordance with USHUD regulations and in matters not covered under the regulations, but left to local discretion. It contains PHCD's internal policies for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, Section 8 Project-based, Moderate Rehabilitation, Section 8 Homeownership, and other USHUD special allocation programs.
