The Property Appraiser is a Constitutional Officer of the State of Florida charged with determining the value of all property within the county for tax purposes, with maintaining certain records connected therewith, with granting exemptions, and with satisfying all related statutory requirements. Our mission is to help enhance the quality of life in our community by delivering excellent public service.
To help fulfill this mission, the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser's office launched this website on September 17, 2000 and since then has constantly upgraded the content and design of the site. The most recent upgrade was launched in March 2011, with several online tools being added to make the site more useful to both property owners and real estate professionals.
Now more than ever, our "electronic office," allows you to easily find the information you need at no cost to you.
The Property Search function allows access to public information recorded on the tax rolls of Miami-Dade County.
