Property Sales

To see property sales in your neighborhood, you can use our online tool for Property Sales. With this service you can locate information and access interactive maps of real estate sales in Miami-Dade County.

When closing on a property, the buyer must be given a disclosure of ad valorem taxes.

If the current year's taxes are not yet available, you can obtain an estimate of taxes by visiting the Tax Estimator Online.

The Tax Collector mails the tax bills in November. See the actual amount by visiting the Real Estate Property Tax Information website.
