The Real Estate Division gathers and evaluates data regarding all real property located within Miami-Dade County and  utilizes recognized appraisal techniques in the annual valuation process.


Folio Numbers

The Real Estate Folio Number, also known as Parcel Number or Property ID Number, is a 13 digit sequence that is particular to a single piece of property. 

You can search for a real estate folio number by address or name using the Property Search application.


Appealing your Assessment

Property Appraiser staff are available to discuss all value and exemptions questions you have pertaining to your Notice. 

Please visit one of the following locations before the deadline listed on the Notice:

Government Center (downtown Miami) OR
South Dade Government Center
