The Seaport Department’s goal is to make the Port of Miami a world-class facility. The key to world-class excellence is being responsive to customer’s needs. The experience of a Port User whether it is a cruise passenger, truck driver, or tenant while using our facilities set the tone for their perceptions of Greater Miami.
