Fishing & Hunting Licenses
Visit the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission website to obtain information about fishing and hunting licenses. They are required if you are a resident or non-resident of Florida. The license is valid for 12 months from the day you purchase it. There is an option for a Five Year License, a Lifetime Resident Hunting License, or a Lifetime Combined Hunting and Freshwater Fishing License.

Hotel & Restaurant Taxes
All business owners and operators subject to Tourist and Convention Development taxes must submit a tax return monthly to the Miami-Dade Tax Collector’s Office monthly, even if no taxes are collected. Forms are available online for you to fill out and mail in with your payment.
Pay Local Business Tax
Any person doing business in Miami-Dade County must obtain a Miami-Dade County Local Business Tax Receipt. Businesses also need to obtain a city Business Tax Receipt from the municipality where the business is located. The Local Business Tax is imposed for the privilege of doing business in Miami-Dade County. Persons who provide merchandise, entertainment or services to the public, even if only a one-person company or home-based business, must obtain a Local Business Tax Receipt before starting to operate.
