Transit Service Center

The Transit Service Center is located on the second level of the Government Center Metrorail station, located at 111 NW 1st Street Miami, Florida 33128.
The center is open Monday - Friday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding holidays.
To obtain a Golden Passport, the hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.

Services at the Transit Service Center:

• Purchase and load EASY Cards
• Purchase and load EASY Tickets
• Obtain EASY Card for Golden Passport and Patriot Passport users
• Purchase EASY Card for discount fare riders
• Bike & Ride Permits
  • Cyclists can take a single-seat, two-wheeler on extended trips anytime and just about anywhere in Miami-Dade County on many Metrobus routes, Metrorail, and Metromover.
  • You can obtain a Bike & Ride permit at the Transit Service Center between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., excluding holidays; or obtain a permit from security personnel at any Metrorail station.  

311 Service Centers

In addition to the Transit Service Center, there are three additional 311 Service Centers, open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. excluding holidays, which provide the following services:

South Dade Justice Center

10710 SW 211 Street Cutler Bay, Florida

Provides full-service Ticket Vending Machine (TVM)

• Customers can reload or purchase EASY Card and Tickets
• Accepts cash and credit cards
• Limited Golden Passport
  • This office can accept applications and verify information, however the application will need to be sent to the MDT kiosk for actual processing
  • It takes 10 business days to receive your Golden Passport

North Dade Justice Center

Provides a Ticket Office Machine (TOM)

• This is a computer with a touch screen; just like the one at the kiosk
• Customers can reload passes and stored value on their EASY Card and Tickets
• No initial purchase of the Card or Ticket available
• Only credit cards accepted; no cash or checks
• For full-fare customers only - no reduced-fare options are available
• Limited Golden Passport
  • This office can accept applications and verify information, however the application will need to be sent to teh MDT kiosk for actual processing
  • It takes 10 business days to receive your Golden Passport

Miami-Dade Permitting and Inspection Center
