Submitting As-Builts for Water and/or Sewer Facilities
In order to submit as-built drawings to the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD), for water and/or sewer facilities, fill out and sign the Checklist for As-Built Review , and include any required items.

Procedure to Obtain a Water and/or Sewer Service Agreement
In order to obtain a water and/or sewer service agreement from the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD), you must submit the following documents and information to WASD prior to preparation of the service agreement.
