Existing Water & Sewer Service

Procedure for Setting a Water Meter on an Existing Water Service
If you have a property that had water service to it provided by the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD), but for some reason the meter was removed, you must have a water meter set on the existing service.

Procedure for Setting a Water Meter on an Existing Water Service, for Projects with an Executed Water and/or Sewer Service Agreement
In order to receive water service from WASD, once a water service line is in place, you must have a water meter set at your property.
